Нет.
В общем случае очень трудно запустить программу с произвольной строки после перезагрузки. Нужно восстанавливать довольно много параметров - компенсации, режим (G90 или G91), смещения (G92), система координат (G54..G59.3), номер инструмента, подачу, включена ли подача СОЖ, скорость шпинделя... всего не упомнишь. Эти параметры могут быть заданы в любом месте программы.
Чудес не бывает. Бывают фокусы.

после этого уже будет возможно полноценное возобновление...

Под возобновление работы Г-код подредактировать в Линукс или CIMCO Edit, или сгенерировать новый с учетом пройденых проходов.

насчет ошибки по пину - нужно посмотреть твой хал-файл

сейчас писал конфиг со сменой инструмента - так вначале использовал для
"запоминания" номера активного инструмента , в случае внезапной остановки , стандартный .var файл...
но заметил два недостатка:
1. в случае цикла он запишет последнее значение даже тогда,когда прервали посередине
2. иногда обнуляется(и это можно предусмотреть , но он стирает пользовательские параметры)
посему задействовал numstr.py , и всё работает (я также в нем запоминаю позицию по всем осям)

осталость только сделать компонентик, который по падению сигнала на определенном пие будет выполнять комманду. Кстати, а такого нет еще?

А зачем он нужен, когда это можно делать отдельным внешним процессом?..

Для понимания картины, я в линуксе "деревянный", есть желание разобраться, но пока видимо не дано, не получается даже поставить linux features, но это другая песня.
Сначала пробовал править Хал Мой-Станок, потом Хал Кустом.

Что отслеживать? думаю Е-Стоп, какой-то из входящих (10-13) пинов ЛПТ порта. При пропадании сети по Е-стоп останавливать станок.
Друган, при удобном случае обещал списать и притарабанить бесперебойник 0,5кВт
