Требуется настройка LCNC для контроля высоты резака плазмы

Всех приветствую приветствую!

Написал в ЛС Nick'у, но он наверное не успевает все читать...

Прошу помочь допилить конфиг контроля высоты для плазмы.

Прибор MiniTHC PoMo, сигналы заведены, в панели все отображается, не могу настроить управление Z.

Алгоритм работы такой: Ручками выставляем ноль (верх заготовки), запускаем, дальше должен LCNC должен управлять высотой резака по сигналам Up Down.

Папку с конфигами приложил.

Вопрос очень срочный, цена 5000 р на карту СБ.

,так как я никогда не имел дела с этим компонентом,то могу лишь высказать некоторые свои наблюдения ;)
(не претендуя на истинность):
для старта работы компонента(судя по коду) необходимы три условия ка минимум -
(if(torch_on && arc_ok && vel_status){ // allow correction)
torch_on,arc_ok,vel_status
все они должны быть активированны в хал
вместо этих двух строк:
net torch-on motion.spindle-on => parport.0.pin-16-out
#net current-torch thcud.torch-on <= motion.spindle-on
пишем
net torch-on motion.spindle-on => parport.0.pin-16-out thcud.torch-on
то есть включая "шпиндель" (M3 S_сколько_то) мы активируем компонент thcud.torch-on и
через порт (пин 16) даем сигнал на устройство

далее статус скорости(vel_status)
он в хал присутствует ,но закомментирован(
активируем:
net requested-vel thcud.requested-vel <= motion.requested-vel
net current-vel thcud.current-vel <= motion.current-vel

thcud.z-pos-in на этот пин подаем axis.2.motor-pos-cmd (если у нас axis.2 ,то есть ось Z)

а отсюда берем скорректированный результат

уже на (что там?) степген2

Тут ник разжовывал как и что... какие-то пины надо отсоединить, unlinkp stepgen.2.position-fb

посмотри как выше прописана ось z ,сделай подобно
запускай
ошибки,пожелания пиши сюда ;)

Этот конфиг не запускается, в debug только 3150 цифры, не пойму что не нравится.

попробуй вот этот файл,а из
файла custom.hal всё сотри(сделай его пустым)
я из него всё перенес в 3axis_plasma
3axis_plasma.hal

с этим up - ud я что то жестко бреданул
компонент реально же обзывается thcud : thc_up_down
а я заладил - up...up :hehehe:
ошибка реально по другой причине ,
пардоньте,за потраченное время :oops:
