сейчас проверил без включеной 7i77 ошибка таже
возможно еще не в тот разьем 5i25 втыкаюсь
в p2 нет пока возможности воткнутся надо паять

скачал образ с 2.7.0 если правильно помню
выполнил sudo apt-get install linuxcnc-dev
обновилась до 2.7.3
делал в версии 2.7.3 через pncconf и в ней же ругается на watchdog

незнаю даже :wik: у меня срывался на больших скоростях
и постепенно подбирал чтоб ехал по быстрее и не срывался
видимо еще был плохой контакт в цепях энкодера
сегодня с утра перелопатил все и станок поехал
сейчас до 20м минуту на ускорении 500 едет устойчиво если скорость выше уходит в ошибку сервоусилитель
кабель тонкий временный повесил на соседний станок
возможно питания не хватает
p3 стоит
настройки скопировал на другие оси но еще не подправлял сервы жужжат линукс показывает отклонение в пределах инкремента

нет это было на 100мм минуту
сейчас на 10м минуту покажу
по программе 10м минуту
ускорение 500 не дает поднять реальную скорость
халскоп в режиме g 64 еще гонял

на визуализации режим g61

А что это за линии на углу? Несколько разных проходов?

На 10м/мин отклонение в 0.1 - вроде тоже весьма не плохо!

:wik: это сильно увеличеный угол хотел выбег посмотреть увидел это
на сколько могу судить по увеличению визуализации это уголок размером в десятку

меня вот что заботит подобные станки на быстрых перемещениях под 50-60 м минуту бегают
а я плюхаюсь в 10-16метрах минуту
