А вы привода занулировали?
На приводах задание между собой, двигатель не должен крутиться стоять на месте. Если крутиться то покрутить нулирование привода.

Когда F2 нажимаешь, ON на приводе загорается?
Если ON не загарается, а привод вывалиавется с ошибкой, то переверни ENA+ и ENA-, припоминаю такой косячек.

Привода уже настраивали, без ЧПУ они ведут себя как обычно (немного ползут (еле еле)). В принципе ЧПУ при ее подключении должна выравнивать по энкодеру это движение. На других станках со стойкой НЦ так. Так что мне кажется тут не в приводах дело.
ENA+ и ENA- менял местами ситуация такая же, только двигатель начинает движение в другую сторону (потом сразу ошибка).
У меня такой вопрос при включении (F2) без подачи сигнала на движение и если двигатель находиться без движения - напряжение на drv0, drv1, drv2 должно быть или нет? По моему мнению не должно, но у меня оно присутствует и где рыть ума не приложу.

Вот тут не понял... Для начала посмотреть, что показывают энкодеры - пины encoder...position если они ползут, возможно не настроен ПИД.

Все разобрался. Даже немного стыдно. Подключил управление приводами на ENA+ и ENA-
. Лень было документацию подробно изучать. Хотя там черным по белому написано:
Suggested wiring is shieldedtwisted pair with7I77 AOUTN to drive
AIN+, 7I77 GNDN (adjacent to AOUTN) to drive AIN- as the twisted pair and 7I77 GNDN
connected to the shield at the 7I77 end only. The drives common or GND signal should be
connected to the 7I77 power GND with a separate wire.
Подключил к GND и AOUT и все нормально заработало.
Радости выше крыши. Завтра буду другие оси подключать (пока только Х подключил). Всем спасибо за помощь.

Что-то с концевиками не могу разобраться
. Подключил к home. на hal meter сигнал home N при нажатии концевиков переходит с False на True. При подаче команды на поиск нуля по оси Х, станина начинает двигаться на скорости HOME_SEARCH_VEL доходит до концевика, отходит от него на 3 мм на скорости HOME_SEARCH_VEL и начинает двигаться к нему на скорости HOME_LATCH_VEL, после повторного нахождения концевика - продолжает движение примерно на 1 мм, после этого он сигнализирует, что нашел 0. По оси У тоже самое, но только после повторного нахождения концевика он не останавливается, а продолжает дальше ползти пока его не остановишь в ручную.
Это стандартная процедура для поиска нуля для CNC? или у меня какая то ошибка?
Подскажите, где параметр, который отвечает на сколько мм он отходит от концевика для его повторного поиска и как сделать, что бы при повторном поиске, ноль был сразу же при нажатии на концевик?

Не увидел. Спасибо. Но странно у меня стоит home и home offset равные нулю. Походу сигнал index pulse пропадает.

Во вторых если "сигнализирует, что нашло 0", то ничего не пропадает.
Импульс index-enable невозможно потерять, ибо linuxcnc (axis.N) сама взводит его в 1 и ждет когда привод (pid.N) сбросит его в 0.

Вот какой у меня вопрос, на плате 7i77 нет PWN контролёра инвертора шпинделя.
Я правильно понимаю. что для управления шпинделем надо прикупить плату SPINx1 PWM

Смотря, как у тебя устроен вход инвертора.
Вообще это не "pwm контроллер", это дословно "цифровой потенциометр"
В зависимости от входа инвертора, им может быть можно управлять одним из аналоговых выходов на 7i77.

Здесь всё же нормально выполненная опторазвязка.
Да и в мануальнике пишут что так делать не стоит.
С другой стороны вы вот написали что у вас всё хорошо, то есть при качественном или незапылённом инверторе,
можно работать и так?
