EMC2 это бесплатное программное обеспечение для управления станками с ЧПУ при помощи обычного компьютера. EMC2 запускается на базе операционной системы Linux с поддержкой rtai ядра, которое позволяет выполнять процессы в режиме realtime. Это позволяет достичь больших скоростей и большей стабильности работы станка чем при использовании других операционных систем.

Установка EMC2 с LiveCD LinuxCNC 10.04

Этот тип установки не требует каких-либо специальных навыков и фактически повторяет обычную установку Ubuntu 10.04. Также Вы можете запустить EMC2 с диска не устанавливая его на компьютер.
Загрузить LiveCD можно официального сайта: http://www.linuxcnc.org/index.php/english/download


MD5 сумма образа 5283b33b7e23e79da1ee561ad476b05f.
По умолчанию устанавливается rtai ядро и EMC2.

Процедура установки:

  1. Загружаете iso образ LiveCD.
  2. Записываете его на CD, или Flash. Инструкция по записи на Flash на сайте ubuntu: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/ ... on-windows. При записи на флешку можно оставить место под пользовательские файлы, чтобы, в случае работы в режиме LiveUSB каждый раз не начинать с чистого листа.
  3. Загружаетесь с записанного CD или Flash. Выбираете русский язык.
  4. После этого Вы можете
    • Запустить EMC2 из меню Applications и попробовать его в работе (время загрузки программ может занимать большее время в режиме LiveCD, чем при запуске на установленной системе, т.к. доступ к CD медленнее доступа к HDD).
    • Установить Ubuntu 10.04 c предустановленным EMC2, запустив программу установки, ярлык которой находится на рабочем столе.


Установка EMC2 на уже установленную Ubuntu 10.04

Начиная с Ubuntu 10.04 и EMC2 2.4.4, процесс установки EMC2 и rtai ядра значительно упростился, не требует специальных знаний и занимает около 5 минут. Для установки потребуется доступ к интернет.

Процесс установки вариант 1 с использованием графического интерфейса

  • Загружаем установочный скрипт download/file.php?id=9035
  • Отрываем папку с сохраненным скриптом
  • Распаковываем архив
  • Нажимаем правой кнопкой мыши на файле и выбираем Свойства
  • Открываем вкладку "Права" и ставим галку в поле "Выполнение" и закрываем окно
  • Запускаем скрипт установки двойным кликом
  • Вводим пароль, по запросу
  • Ждем пока все само установится

Процесс установки вариант 2 из консоли

  • Выполняем следующую команду из консоли
    Код: Выделить всёРазвернуть
    wget  http://cnc-club.ru/forum/download/file.php?id=9035 -O linuxcnc-install.sh.tar.gz 
    tar xvf linuxcnc-install.sh.tar.gz
    sh linuxcnc-install.sh
  • По запросу вводим пароль
  • Ждем пока все само установится
После успешной установки переходим к конфигурации LinuxCNC для вашего станка.

Есть два вопроса: где отключить использование концевиков (очень нужно, для теста, т.к. не подключал) и как расшарить папку на linuxcnc?
Установил самбу 3.6.6, создал пользователя, дал доступ к домашнему каталогу, но клиент win7 не подключается.. гуглил.. но читать англоязычные форумы желания уже нет

п.с. В есть ли возможность входа в Х интерфейс под root? Пользовался Слакой и ФриБСД лет 6 назад.. "красношапошные" дистры в ни когда не нравились.. Первый был у меня BlatCat 6.0.. в итоге снёс, поставил обратно Слаку.. много времени с тех пор прошло.. много чего устанавливал.. Но после граблей, с которым столкнулся с появлением hal в 10й слаке, ушёл на ФриБСД.

Мне нужна только функция цетроискателя, вторично - карта высот. Какая ОС будет - честно говоря, фиолетово.. Если бы это делал недорогой DSP контроллер - ещё лучше. :good: В общем, если за выходные не получиться получить то, что задумал - поставлю mach3.. такие дала.

Закоментировать в HAL строки относящиеся к концевикам.
Дебиан не пользуюсь а в убунту10.04 все работает с вин10. Единственное, винда неразрешает шары без логин-пароля.

Если они не нужны зачем в stepconf подключали пины? Если там будет "не использовать" то хоумление будет просто по кнопке в gui. No force homing скорее всего не подойдёт для карты высот.
Настоящий мастер лишён гордыни.

Установка EMC2 на уже установленную Ubuntu 10.04


насколько я понял, убунта, более распространена чем дебиан

дебиан неплох,для работы с линукс ЦНС, содержит все необходимое может только лишнего говна куча...
но для разработки, возможно, подходит хуже - чего я ни попробую - на дебиан либо не подходит, либо не устанавливается.
хочу попробовать убунту.
Но 10.04 - уже раритет .
LinuxCNC можно на любую убунту ставить, старше 10.04 или только на 10.04?

На 18.04 водрузить не удалось.... не исключаю траблы с /dev/brain and /dev/hands.. т.к. есть случаи использования linuxcnc под Mint.
Просто хотел что-бы Candle 1.1.7 и FlatCAM работали на компе с LinuxCNC.. в итоге не получилось.. старому дебиану и убунте нужны либы, которых нет в репозитарии.. нужно что-то руками собирать.. забил в общем.. Зато стало понятно, что для управлением станком с GRBL из под линуха, совсем старое железо не годится. И сказки 10-ти летней давности, что линуху пофиг на железо, линух - это круто.. для декстопов уже не актуально.. Попытка установить самый свежий Mint не машину 2005 года с Целероном и 512Мб ОЗУ на SiS-чипсетах привело к kernel panic в процессе установки.

Убунты не пользую, а на стабильный Debian 9 (stretch) встало без проблем.
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...

Фьючерс (futures) на бирже, а фичес или "фичи" (features) в соотв. теме на форуме. :)

где еще можно скачать образ последней версии 2.7.14
есть 2.7.0 скачаный но не обновляется
пишет не доступны репозитории

Я думал что один такой - уже выношу мозг своему провайдеру месяц. С мобильных устройств доступ есть, из сети провайдера - нет. Причем из другого сегмента сети этого провайдера - доступ есть. Сказали с DNS проблема, решают.. на один день появился доступ и исчез.. Тащить обновы через мобильный инет, где трафик платный.. желания нет.. До конца декабря было всё ОК..

Возможно из-за того что запускаю через удаленный рабочий стол? Хотя бы натолкните на мыслю что за ошибка? Возможно уже не раз проскакивала, но я пока в этом не особо шарю...Не кидайте тапками я только учусь :wtf:

для текущего сеанса пробовать в терминале команду:
ulimit -l 20480
